Great User Friendly Solution For Admin Of Large Hospital
I like how easy it was for me as an administrator or physician supervisor/manager at my facility with no coding experience whatsoever! The system allows you access from any device so that's great too!! It takes some time getting used but once we got our ducks lined up this tool has been fantastic. We have seen significant improvement across all levels within each department which makes us look good internally AND externally when reporting back to insurance companies regarding patient satisfaction surveys etc..

- Great customer support team who is responsive via phone / email they are always there if needed :) ! Very organized software solution..all data inputted in one place where everyone can see what needs doing next..no more double entry errors due missing information
