The ease of use, ability to create custom reports, etc. I dislike that it's not as customizable in some aspects - you're stuck using certain fields/columns if they are what is needed by another program. Also sometimes there was an issue where you could edit something but when saving nothing would happen so multiple times I had to reload the page. We have used this software (for our donor retention efforts) for about 3 years now and we've noticed a drastic increase in donations coming into our nonprofit from people who were previously unaware of us!
