ATTENTION! . . I bought their desktop system on 15th October 2015 and the system WAS great, I scanned about 3 years of receipts and destroyed the originals. It was working just yesterday but today the software has stopped working with its latest update which requires login but won't let me login. NEAT no longer sells the software I bought (no longer supports anything, let alone callbacks). Now they want everyone to stop using the system I have and switch to their online system which they charge a monthly fee for! TODAY I CANNOT ACCESS MY TAX RECEIPTS SCANNED, WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE CLEANLY. Your recorded message when you call 1-866-632-8732 says you can press 1 to call back, but when I press 1 NOTHING HAPPENS. I've been on hold for over 3 1/2 hours now, writing this review while waiting in the hope that you won't make my mistake. answered.
