Review on Ember Charging Coaster 2, Black - compatible with Ember Temperature Control Smart Mug by Sarah Richards

hot drink idea is perfect the mug is good but the charger is very bad. the one that came with the cup stopped charging after 8 months, i found the 2 prongs getting shorter and hiding in the ground and i had to pry them out with tweezers to make them visible again and get the necessary charging contact. I ordered a new one and again it stopped charging after 7 months with the same problem and doesn't work more times than it charged and even while charging it stopped working. Well I've already ordered a third one because I like the mug and its function, but as soon as any competing product comes out I will definitely switch.
