Perfectly balanced and razor sharp
Kan Chef's Knife quickly became my favorite in the kitchen so when they launched the Paring Knife I had to try it. In addition to the excellent workmanship and quality, the balance and feel of the knife stand out. I have a couple of knives that are very well made but they are just awkward to cut but these knives are perfect especially if you use a plucked handle. You can also tell that the company really stands behind their products and is very proud of them. Buy for yourself or as a gift, it will be very beautiful!
