2 I don't like it. Inserting and working with batteries is not an easy task (it just sounds like there is no such thing as a 'happy place'), other than once calibrated the product is excellent and very accurate. 2. dislikes the temperature measurement function only in Fahrenheit Celsius. I use it daily to measure the pH in my baby's room to give different plants the water they need. I love it and would highly recommend it to any grower who wants the best possible results. Without them, it's a guessing game. Finally, with calibration, I know my readings are accurate, which is not the case with most competitor pH meters. Also comes with 2 sets of calibration buffer bags.
