Used to use this product. This time I can't get the handle out at all. He doesn't move at all. I followed the instructions and couldn't move. Then he asked someone stronger than me to pull the handle out. They also couldn't get him to move. I asked a third person (the one who already has snot) and he told me it was a common problem. So my question to the supplier and/or manufacturer is what is the trick to opening it, or how do I get a replacement pin - one that works?
