EDIT: The company/seller was very nice and offered a refund for my problems. While I'm not a fan of this product, the seller stands by their product and that's commendable. The screws and lack of clues make this a bad buy. Soft bolts break very easily, which is totally unacceptable when working with bikes. Installation is complex and confusing. Now I have to buy a stripped screw removal kit and pray it works or I have no idea how to get it off my bike. I don't feel that a product like this should be sold without screws that can stand. the severity of multiple uninstalls/installs.
