Drip rate needs to be controlled
Makes a great cold drink but can be a bit finicky. One should definitely keep an eye on the drop rate over time. On two of my beers last week, the drip stopped about two hours into the process. Not sure what is causing this, the adjustment screw is not permanent and sometimes it takes a bit of fiddling to keep it working.
