Since one of my eyes is practically blind, it felt like a waste of time to take heavy binoculars to the air shows I attend all summer. So why not try a monocular, I thought. .? Because it might not be practical, I didn't want to spend too much, and at under $30, they caught my attention. Well it arrived today and I'm very impressed, it's easy to pass for twice the price. Both lenses have caps and they look pretty solid and well made. I tried it and found it very easy to set up and focus. Installing it on my iPhone was easy too (no instructions but watching the video on Revain is easy too). No complaints so far, first airshow next week, I'm very excited. Just a few minor changes, the tripod is a bit flimsy but seems to work, the phone holder requires removing the protective case I have on my phone. I wish manufacturers would consider the extra size when using my phone outdoors. I want it to be as protected as possible and taking the Otterbox off and on is a hassle. All car phone holders I've had are the same, one small issue but it's there.
