Review on 🖤 Wusthof Classic Carving Set: 2-Piece Cutlery Kit in Timeless Black Finish by Daphne Henry

Looks like a well balanced sword

I found a Wüsthof knife set at a hardware store the other day. The price was steel (ha ha) and I was so excited that I went in search of more. They knew what they were doing as they left empty slots in the included knife block. It turns out I've been looking for a good meat fork for a while and found this set at a decent price. I've seen a knife sold on its own for a higher price, so after some controversy I went with it. I finally used this rib eye kit tonight and let me tell you. like butter. This knife glides through whatever it cuts. I almost didn't have to pressure him to get the cut. All I did was place it on the steak and pull it back. The fork feels very solid and the knife feels well balanced and light, even nimble. The concave edge not only relieves some pressure, but also prevents sticking of any cut shape. to the blade. I can make a nice box for the set because the box it comes in is definitely nothing special. It's just a standard plastic and cardboard container that has been moved around during shipping so the knives don't have to. Looking forward to trying it with chicken or whatever. I intend to have this for years and many more steaks to come.
