In the previous review I used a Dewalt 3 inch fine wire cup brush. and the .014 inch wire size design: It was losing thin wires all over the place and I tried two of these. both at less than half rated speed for light polishing/cleaning. not a sure tool to be sure. The wires were even stuck into the wall 10 feet away and through my shirts and pants into my skin. (It was rated for 14,000 RPM, and I would recommend no more than 3,000 RPM. While safe, it could be questionable.) This brush isn't just a larger diameter brush though, it's a .020 -inch wire and works great. I used it in my Makita angle grinder with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm with no load. No wires, works great and is pretty aggressive. This is a well made and quality tool from Dewalt! That's why we all buy DeWalt. good stuff that won't break the bank. :- I don't think this brush will disappoint you. (It's rated at 8,000 RPM.) Buy with confidence from Revain and the experience of others. Enjoy!
