Review on GLDYTIMES OEM Control Board Replacement: Segway Ninebot ES1 ES2 ES4 Electric Scooter by Martin Dosunmu

After installing a new control unit, the brake jerked heavily during the first test drive, after that everything was fine. At first I thought it might be a setting in my application. When I checked the setting, it was on the lowest setting. I wasn't worried about it and the next day I was riding my scooter home when I hit the brakes it hit hard again and I let go. The wheel motor was very stable, as if the brake was stuck in the braking position. I tried to drive again and when I pressed the gas pedal it resisted a lot as if both were braking. I parked the scooter but the wheel motor was still running as if the brake had been applied. I couldn't even push it home without a scooter! It wasn't until I got home, disassembled the scooter and disconnected the board from the wheel motor, that the brake released. I got my old Segway board back and it was working again. My problem with the original board was related to the external battery connections, not the function of the board. I think I lost my Revain money again due to a failed product. Don't believe the star rating so I'm leaving this comment to let people know.
