I work on all sorts of projects and although I already have good screwdrivers, I often can't find them when I need them because they are scattered all over the house. So I decided to buy a new set of screwdrivers, which are always kept in a separate bag. I looked in all stores (both online and offline) for a good set, but either the bag wasn't there or it was too expensive. This set of performance tools looked good and I was happy to receive them, but as soon as they arrived, even before I opened them, I could tell the quality wasn't great. Each screwdriver should have a stamp that indicates what size each screwdriver is. Some of them are correctly canceled, but about 35% of them have a cancellation that is either illegible, crooked, or just an incomplete cancellation (see photo inset. Screwdriver above correctly canceled. One below is not correctly canceled). . Obviously this is mass produced in China and someone wasn't paying attention during production. The lack of this feature didn't bother me too much since the die cuts seem to rub off anyway, but the next problem with these screwdrivers bothered me. I bought them specifically because they came with a pouch, but that pouch wasn't made properly either. There should be an elastic loop under each of the screwdrivers, but they didn't sew one for two screwdrivers. Now two of the screwdrivers are loose (there's room for 98 of the 100 pieces) and they can get lost over time because they don't attach to the bag. I will wait before deciding whether or not to return this set. On the one hand I'm not thrilled to keep something that isn't done right, but on the other hand it's a good price. The pocket is also a bit small and I'm sure longer screwdrivers will poke a hole in the pocket over time. If they made the bag two inches bigger that would be nice. I don't know how long these screwdrivers last or if they break easily, but the metal doesn't seem all that cheap. I have contacted the company about issues with this kit and will post their response here in an update as soon as I get a response from them (if I get a response from them). If you decide to purchase this set I hope you have better luck than me and not as many production issues.
