Those of you who purchased this Risantika meter probably know that prior to its arrival you received an email from Rich Riley thanking us for purchasing his product and letting him know if we had any or problems with the device. I thought it would be a nice gesture, but as we all know, saying and doing are two different things. So I got my meter and tried to calibrate it. Water entered the meter and the meter failed. I just wanted to forget about it, but I kept thinking about the email Rich sent me and decided to let him know about the issue without expecting too much. I emailed him at 7am CT and he responded within 10 minutes. He apologized for the problem. Said it was probably a faulty meter, gave me a full refund and sent me a new meter free of charge. It arrived in 2 days. This works fine. It's so nice to see someone who really knows how to treat a customer. It went way beyond what we're used to and what we expect from companies who honestly don't care. Thank you rich.
