This product has greatly reduced the gray in my beard but hasn't completely eliminated it. I think it gives my beard a more natural look than just a solid color. I had areas (chin) that were pure white and now they look much darker. When I trim my beard I notice that the gray looks more visible especially on the sideburns, but after a few extra treatments it looks "normal" again. To get results, I used the product every day for 2-3 weeks and left it on for at least 5 minutes. I use the product every few days now and also leave it on for 5 minutes. I have quite sensitive skin but after successfully completing the recommended allergy test I have continued to use the product with no sensitivity issues.
