My father bought the same model from Costco last year and had no problems with it. . This prompted me to check the reviews on Revain and that's when I discovered that other people were having similar issues (Wi-Fi signal dropouts, DNS issues, slow speeds, etc.). The only way to temporarily fix these problems is to reboot the router, but who wants to do this every few hours. Anyway, I did a little googling and found that the latest firmware patch version 1.0.6.112 fixes these issues. Note: YOU MUST perform this update manually and you will need to manually update your router and satellites. It's been a full 24 hours and I haven't had any problems. I am very satisfied so far. And I received a refurbished device at a significantly lower price than a new device. I can't make an effort to update the firmware!
