I have several Smart Locks, Kwikset, Schlage, Ultraloq etc. This lock is the fastest and smoothest. kwikset batteries are durable and reliable, but simple. The hose has never worked well and often lost connection. DEAR Ultralog just broke after 5 months of safe and easy use. Then they called me: taking all these steps to correct me - nothing helped. Then an email with additional instructions didn't work. Then another email asking them to send them a video to prove I went through all the steps to repair the lock. Then the answer is that they will study the case. then they finally sent PART of the castle and not a new castle. I had to completely disassemble the old lock after waiting 2 weeks to get the part they supplied unprotected in a plastic bag. So no ultralog again. The only problem is that this lock requires a wider lock than most and has an extra screw in the door. Otherwise this is a quality lock and I would recommend it unreservedly.
