I love this neck warmer and use it two times daily before I do my neck exercises. You just warming up in the microwave wrap it around your neck and you were also able to tie it with the long strings so you don’t have to constantly hold it tight. It works perfectly. I’ve also bought one to keep at my daughters in case when I’m there I need to do my exercises. it’s very affordable!
