I really like how easy it's to use for both providers and payers, as well as the customer support! The application does not seem very intuitive at first glance but once you get used to its system, everything works great.
It has been difficult getting my members reimbursed through this software; however, there could be better communication with some medical groups who are struggling to understand what they're paying/reimbursing us versus our patients' insurance plans or Medicare payments. Also, I'm looking forward to using their patient portal so we can have more secure access into member information which will help facilitate faster reimbursements from CMS (Centrelink). We've successfully started accepting direct claims submitted via a Health Connector.
