Actually this is my third Doxy. We have a season 2 at home and have one there and the number one is gone after years of use. I scan ALL my files, invoices, manuals, photos - anything I want to keep. Especially useful for income tax, scan and archive on a laptop, it's all there when it's tax time. However, I don't think "Support" is the best. I keep getting the message that I need to update my software, but when I try I just get error messages. I tried to contact support but no support.
