What size is it? for hole saw

It's either 11/16" or 17mm. Can't be both. Yes they are &lt;&lt;almost&gt;&gt; the same size but 11/16" = 0.6875" or 17.46mm and 17mm = 0.669" Starrett should know better than to say they are the same, they make precision tools. Small differences can cause a big problem.
