The dashboard view is very user friendly! It has several levels of detail so you can see exactly what info needs updating in your patient file or appointment schedule without scrolling through it endlessly if needed as well!! There were no problems I encountered while using this software but that does not reflect all aspects since there are probably things they could add/change about its benefits (which would make me happy). This program was easy enough when used with their mobile app where users don't have access issues like desktop use because data syncs directly from computer via internet allowing full transparency between provider & client even during times off line such at work etc.. I have been using this app as my primary means of communication with my doctor since March 2016. Initially it was very glitchy but they made updates that allowed me to be able to communicate with them via text messaging which solved most issues i had. It is not always easy to get in touch with your prescriber when you are out of town or working long hours, however, if you need assistance while traveling, this would help keep everyone up to date on what meds you should be taking.
