I like that we have access from anywhere in US with internet connection through our apps or website! The customer service is great too!! We can do it all at home without having any doctor visit needed (if you are not feeling sick). It's easy if your computer has no problem running an app such as this one so don't worry about compatibility issues when using computers/tablets etc.. I like how easy it is using this software as compared with my previous phone app that was not so user friendly or intuitive! I like that my prescriptions are stored in the cloud. This allows me to access them from any device and on a regular basis. It is easy to keep track of what I am due, and when I am due to renew. I dislike that I cannot have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. I have to keep paying for it even if I move to a different pharmacy. PrescribeWellness is very simple and easy to use. The dashboard view is very user friendly! It has several levels of detail so you can see exactly what info needs updating in your patient file or appointment schedule without scrolling through it endlessly if needed as well!! I love how easy it is to use as a provider, especially when you have an issue with your prescription or insurance approval! It's also really great that if someone does not fill their script they get notified right away so there are no issues in terms of people forgetting to pick up their prescriptions.
