Well, first things first. The only reason I went with this one was because the Basecamp helmet wasn't available at the time and this one was similarly priced. Reasons to stay away Firstly, the light from behind is very difficult to get out. It's so hard to get out that I broke down the first time I took it off. Second, this helmet is extremely uncomfortable. It has no frame to prevent your skull from hitting hard styrofoam. I've used both sets of pads in it and it's still very uncomfortable and heavy. Third, when driving fast, the visor acts like a sail and lifts off the head, so you have to absolutely tighten the straps, as they come loose fairly easily. I would not. I would recommend this helmet to anyone for any reason.
