Faulty hardware

Terrible, it took us 3 days of troubleshooting and fighting with xfinity customer support to discover that the hardware was faulty. Eventually we returned it and bought a new model NETGEAR Cable Modem WiFi Router Combo C6250 (not refurbished). It took us a minute at most to set it up and get it up and running. I hate experiences like this, destroys my confidence in refurbished products. Although the C6250 is great. I only pay 175 mb/s and get 203 mb/s readings. Sweet.
