Returned for replacement. BOTH were garbage.
The Nakiri is not worth buying.Both had the same problem with the handle having such poor fitment that it was cutting my hand.Not the blade, the handle was sharp and painful.

- Very good edge & comfortable grip. Metal a little thin & time will tell if holds it edge.

- May be too large for storage in some kitchen drawers
