Review on BillingDocs by Robert Staten

I have used this software for over 10 years now, it has been great! Very easy user friendly interface & very detailed reporting functions that are required by our insurance carriers (HSA). Great product with excellent customer service support as well!! Nothing specific but just overall satisfaction in working w/this system - would highly recommend others looking into using BDO Medical Software suite products like bdo billingsuite or PAMMIS Suite be sure you ask questions about any issues you may encounter during implementation process. We use these systems at my current location so we can view all patient records while doing other administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments etc..
