Review on ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Enhancing Accuracy in 3D Printing with PRILINE Filament Printer by Michael Sharp

SAME AS BEST-Q Rosewood

Fine wood filament with a dark, rich color. It has a wonderfully matte texture, the layer lines are almost invisible. Many people recommend printing with a 0.5mm nozzle or larger, but I had exactly 0 jams/bad prints with my 0.4mm nozzle. The trick is to print extra WIDE layer lines so the nozzle pushes out a lot of plastic. I print with a line width of 0.45 mm for the outer border and a line width of 0.6 mm for the inner border and a line width of 0.8 mm for the fill. This ensures that any blockages are expelled during the filling passes. Again, this is all on my Prusa i3 MK3S with a 0.4mm nozzle. Bed temperature can vary by a small crease, even in my chilly winter garage. It prints fine with no overlays, but I've noticed a little warping on my tippy tree's branches at the corners. For best results I use either glue stick or Layerneer Bed Weld on smooth PEI.

Pros
  • 3D Printing Filament
Cons
  • Without Automatic Printing
