The color of this box is fairly medium pink and pastel pink. The thickness of the plastic on the bottom (medium pink) half is quite thin and fairly flimsy. This box lists a pet up to 10 pounds, but I would not feel comfortable putting an animal over 5 pounds in this box. It's very small. The box is held in place by 4 latches and 4 plastic lined screw holes. The pastel pink top half with holes is actually thicker and doesn't bend as easily. I purchased a 19" x 12.6" x 10" box that was labeled small but is actually very small. This is for a puppy or kitten, small animals weighing less than 3 pounds. So be sure to read the sizes in the description and do not choose a size tag as they may not accurately reflect what you will receive.I bought this for a puppy so this size is perfect for my pup's potty training.On the outer edge of the bottom Half there is a small ditch, otherwise the bottom is flat.All liquid accidents will automatically fall into the moat.There are no strange patterns, bumps or shapes on the bottom half, so your pet can lie comfortably on the bottom of the cage.The door works impeccable and easy to assemble and operate.The door can be opened to the left or right depending on the installation.There is a safety at the top of the drawer Strap holder leaving a small gap/hole in the top of the drawer. So if you want a box with a closed lid, then this isn't it. The handle has a molded spot on the top of the roof so the handle does not protrude above the top of the roof when stowed. This is good if you want to put something on top of the drawer to make it a flat surface. The downside is that this reduces the height of the drawer interior by 10. This needs to be monitored as your pet gets older so they don't bury their head at the top of the cage. The treat/collar pocket is a nice feature, but it also falls short of the 10 height inside the drawer. Assembly was fairly easy, but the two latches were difficult to snap into place due to a bit of warping in the plastic on the bottom half of the drawer. And the two screw holes were still partially covered with plastic (on the bottom half) and I had to use a utility knife to cut away the plastic so I could insert the screws through the hole. Those issues aside, it serves a purpose for my pup who weighs 2.5 pounds and fits in a crate comfortably. I expect my puppy to outgrow it once his head is already 1 inch from the top of the crate.
