Switch panel failure - otherwise well designed

Overall design and quality appears to be well thought out and organized.First the bad: the top row, second from the left "blister" switch failed within a week of installation. It now is a momentary switch rather than fully engaging and keeping the circuit closed. The other switches function on/off for the moment.I prefer the blister style switch over the more mechanical switches from competitors. To be fair, I've had those fail as well, as the button or overlaid identification sticker hangs up on the walls of the switch pocket.I ended up moving the wire for the side lights, as depicted in the photograph, to a different switch which works. Knowing how difficult it is to get replacements, especially since i only need the switch panel, I prefer to not go through the hassle of returning the package and hope that I will not have further switch failures.Perhaps the seller wouldn't mind sending a replacement switch panel without me having to deal with the required disassembly, packaging and shipping hassles.I would expect the panel to work better than the other brands priced at around $100 cheaper. The good aspects of this package includes the very well designed remote power box containing the relays and electrical connections. My compliments to your team on the very thorough aspects of design and efforts to keep the box as water tight as it is. Well done. The battery cable is very capable with an in-line fuse to protect the power box. A spare fuse for the main power line was also provided. My only concern is that should the control box need to be moved, the wire connectors for the accessories wired to the box would need to be cut to remove them from the box. The reason for this is because they use small individual wire holes from the exterior to the interior of the control box. They use small rubber plugs to prevent moisture from entering through unused holes. The cable from the power box to the control panel was adequate to run from under the driver's seat of my 22 Ranger XP 1000, up the rear cab wall, across the front windshield edge along the ceiling to the center where the switch panel has been mounted above the rear view mirror.Installation was very easy, except the only option provided in the installation kit is for a non cab UTV. One should not that the back of the switch panel has a one inch RAM style ball as a mount (see photo) You may consider getting the double socket connector to a suitable one inch mount secured to the dash, a tool tray or the ceiling. There are about 80 stickers available for use on the switch panel.A fuse tap is included to enable the box to only be active when the key is at the run position. Unfortunately the provided fuse tap didn't work for my application because the Polaris fuse box is so tight that the fuse tap wouldn't fit with the fuse box lid secured. I was able to fabricate my own fuse tap that worked.
