Review on Experience Unmatched Sound Quality with Sony WHCH710N Noise Cancelling Headphones: Wireless Bluetooth Over the Ear Headset with Mic for Phone-Call, Black by Ada Marcinkowska ᠌

The product does not match the description, poor quality.

I don't recommend it as a headset. Listen to human speech, films - normal headphones. Pros: * The sound is not bad, especially in the range of the human voice. For films, webinars - go. Music - it suits me too, I let music lovers listen - they noted that they lose in comparison with the WH-1000XM4, but this is normal. Got cons: It was important for me that it was convenient to use the headphones as a headset. Headphones don't do well with this. * The microphone is turned off outdoors from November to March (if the temperature is +7 or lower, then the microphone does not work after a few minutes of being outdoors). I even handed over the headphones to the service, it was recognized as a marriage. They exchanged the goods - the same thing, they turn off. Since it was already spring, I decided to walk more. * The microphone settings are terrible, it is no longer my voice that is heard, but the environment, the sounds muffle my voice. This is trouble. * Headphones cannot be connected to 2 or more devices as a media playback device. (only as a headset to the phone + media to another device). This means that you have to unplug and plug your headphones all the time when using multiple sound sources. Several devices are supported even by my ancient headset for 400. Here it looks like a hint from Sony - if you want convenience, buy a more expensive model. * Noise canceling is weak. * Six months later, the holder of the upper soft gasket broke. Not critical, but not aesthetically pleasing either.
