Well I've been using tarps on my cars for years with no problems. This is the first time I've used a product specifically designed to protect my car from ice and snow, but somehow water got into my car and all over the seat. I've never used a tarpaulin and this has happened to me and I've used it the same way to close the wings in the door. The car door was locked tight so that wasn't a problem. Now my passenger seat is not only wet but has ice and icicles forming in my car. Even though I put the lid on my car dry, there was still a layer of ice stuck to it and I was told to put it on dry, which I did. I am absolutely furious. I feel like I spent a lot of money on something that wasn't worth the $5 tarp I used. What a waste of money.
