Great product! for my opinion

My son uses this for open water swimming and it works great. Great heavy material. Well worth it for his safety!  That's my review!

Pros

Exactly as ordered. Perfect as planned. It is a gift for Christmas.

Cons

The buoy may make swimming more difficult for some users, especially in choppy or rough water
