When the second spark plug on my F250 blew, I decided to try installing the bushings myself. This product came highly recommended by Ron Williams, a Youtube mechanic whose video provides a detailed description of the process including the do's and don'ts. The instructions that came with the kit were basic and did not inspire confidence that they would be able to complete the task. With everything I needed, it took me less than an hour. My only complaint is that the valve closure device comes with a non-standard air hose quick disconnect (at least in this backwoods). ). Luckily I have the parts I need to assemble to connect to my compressor. Everything else went as expected and I couldn't be happier. The cost of the kit was less than I should have had a mechanic do and now I have inserts for every other cylinder that pops a plug. I found it so easy that I can just install them onto the rest of the cylinders, although I've heard #8 could be a bear. Much luck!
