Review on 🔴 Premium RED Woodworking Dowelling Jig for 6/8/10mm Metric Dowels: Precise Punch Locator Drilling Tools by Darius Glatzel

Overall the build quality of this tool is good and it should do the job of drilling center dowel holes. I gave 3 stars for the following reasons: 1- The distance on the distance scale for the end dowel is completely wrong and doesn't correspond to anything, when it says 0cm it's actually 10mm from the center of the first hole. 2- The spacer that sets the distance to the first hole (the lower sliding part that connects to the scale) is very thin compared to the original woodpecker block, so maintaining the exact position is problematic, especially at the edge of the tree not very rectangular. 3- The supplied dowels for drilling holes at repeat intervals are very short and therefore useless, they should protrude at least 5-10mm from the ground while protruding a maximum of 1 or 2mm! 4- It arrived very dirty. all in some kind of white trash and stuff, i took some pictures and started cleaning with alcohol.
