NOT DURABLE AND WON'T RUST

I've had them for 1 year - DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY The last straw was Father's Day morning trying to bake cookies for my 80th year old father and could not open Gvozdika. I didn't originally write a review based on what it looked like straight out of the box. They were a bit thin but arrived in good condition and at the 'right price'. I bought 48 at first but then realized I needed more so I ordered another 12. I listened to the reviews which said "DO NOT PUT IN THESE SALTED SPICES" so no garlic salt, celery salt etc. Cinnamon - super fine spice powders are not suitable them And you can't open the lid - You can jump up and down, swear and throw things - Still can't open the lid. Next came cumin, then cloves. On a positive note, once you've opened a few cans with a butter knife, you're pretty good at it! Of course you're now holding a handful of useless junk in your hands BUT that's exactly what you bought in the first place, you just didn't know it yet. I think I started seeing the first signs of rust on cans about 4 months ago. and it got worse. I live on the Gulf Coast and this home is air conditioned/humidity controlled every day of the year. Never mind, they're still rusty. It doesn't affect their use, it's just ugly and quite nasty to look at. I cut my losses and upgrade to glass before hurling one of them across the room and accidentally hurting someone in a fit of rage. Buyers be careful.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Not as good as it says
