I like that it is very easy to use for anyone who has had no experience with this program. It's also great because you can track in real-time as well which makes management much easier. There are some features missing from their product but they're actively looking into them and updating accordingly so if there isn't something specific of yours then don't worry about not having it yet - just keep an eye out for updates/upgrades!! Tracking employee productivity through software was never possible before until now thanks to cronsight monitoring our employees efficiency by tracking how long each user spends using certain functions within sales force orgs (i work at a call center).
