This harness is really nice and small. Not bulky like most of them. The c neck style fits really nice. I ordered a large and I have a 19 pound Shih Tzu. I have it tightened about half way so plenty of room if I ever need it. Not sure if a Medium would have fit. The large is perfect. Only change that would make it better would be a different positioning of the clasp. It’s down at the harness and sits behind and a little under the armpit of the front leg and rubs when he sits down.
