. This is an overview of the ASUS USB-BT500 Bluetooth adapter. My experience: In the end it doesn't do what I need. I use a Nintendo Switch Pro controller as the main controller for use with my PC. I mainly play retro games like Pokemon, Super Mario RPG and some others with this controller. If you're using a bluetooth controller or similar I wouldn't trust an Asus product, especially since I've tried the built-in bluetooth on my Lenovo laptop and it seems to work well and is a simple plug and play solution. I tried to check if it might be my main computer, I disabled my laptop's bluetooth adapter and used the Asus adapter instead, and the same problem, my controller wouldn't connect after I changed the Asus adapter removed and bluetooth re-enabled The adapter built into my laptop connected perfectly to my controller, proving it was the device and not something on my side.
