WILL NOT REPAIR BATTERY - Contrary to description
Purchased for PWC and Tractor batteries out of season. complete failure. The batteries have not been serviced. Both batteries were completely discharged at the start of the new season. The charger was on and its tiny LED was glowing everywhere.
