I love these little scrapers - they can remove food and dirt from kitchen surfaces without leaving a mess like sponges do. This particular version has contours to get into all nooks and crannies and also has a single finish for use on delicate surfaces. When I'm done, I pop it in the dishwasher and it comes out completely clean and sanitized. It never grows bacteria and never smells like nasty kitchen sponges. I have a whole collection of scrapers at home and even use them for other jobs around the house.
