This is a good shower stool for people with good balance and strong legs. My dad doesn't have either, so it didn't work for him. The thin rotating part (blue) of the seat doesn't move as easily as we would like. My 82 year old father who weighs about 165 pounds cannot roll over on his own. He feels the chair is not strong enough to support him as he moves in it. I believe it will still serve its purpose for those who are not as weak as it is. As a side note, we tried the shower bench/stool but they were too big for one of their bathrooms. The stool was a good decision. It takes up very little space so it was much easier for my dad and mom (his guardian) to get around. All in all, this is a pretty decent stool.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Almost never
