The lock cylinder will rust
The lock is used outdoors and the cylinder will rust, making it difficult to turn the key. I just hope the locking pins don't freeze completely. The key is sometimes difficult to turn. (see photo) Update: March 30, 2021: I had to pick the lock to get this lock off my gate. The key wouldn't turn no matter how hard I tried. Using this outside in Seattle weather was a huge mistake. (Changes to 1 star.)
