Be careful. This is not a very high quality paper. I bought these notebooks for a beginner drawing class and my teacher told me to buy better paper. These notebooks are fine for the simplest of sketches, but the paper is very thin (60 pounds), textured, and a little dark (almost looks like aged paper) so you can't count on a white background. It's definitely not capable of handling ink or watercolors, and it's almost impossible to get a smooth finish with colored pencils. It's fine to draw with graphite pencils and markers, but if you're going to put a lot of time and energy into a drawing project, it's better to spend more money and do it on better quality paper.
