Pot arrived on time to be used. There was a small scratch on the enamel...but needed to be used...Used a whisk for cheese...(as seen in recipes using ceramic pots)...the bottom of the pot is scratched and no longer smooth. I can feel the cast iron underneath. Not what I expected after one use!
