It is very easy to use, it's simple interface makes things easier than other software out there in this same space (i know because I've used others). The customer support team can be improved but they are quick & efficient at solving any issues you may have with their product or service. This program has made our job so much more manageable! We're able solve problems that we would not normally think about when dealing directly w/ customers - like how many people were actually paying attention during those surveys vs just signing up as "interested" without reading them all throughly first before answering questions from us regarding what type of coverage was needed by each person who filled one out.
