Wonderful thermometer, I like it. It reads the temperature of whatever I'm baking with pretty quickly in a matter of seconds, and I don't have to pierce the bread that deep to get an accurate reading. The thermometer turns on easily even when my fingers are sore from arthritis. It easily switches from Celsius to Fahrenheit (just read the direction everything is in the switch). It is easy to clean and store with other bread making items, making it easy to find. I love this little thermometer and would definitely recommend it to anyone who uses a thermometer for cooking or baking.
