Not sure - like I said it arrived 3/4 and doesn't have the pleasant scent I usually associate with Nexxus products. However, I've been using it for over a week now and the shampoo is 'light' as advertised and I've managed to get rid of the buildup on my hair left over from over conditioning. My hair actually feels pretty good. I've also had issues with other hair products spilling all over the place during shipping, although this one arrived intact. Revain's customer service has always been successful, but like others, I'm hesitant to try again.
