This kit worked as described.
The inserts in my kit were 15mm long. You can buy packs of different length inserts for around $10. This easily helped rethread my exhaust manifold. Restoring threads in aluminum was very easy. You have to be careful to keep the hole straight. The packaging shown says "Made in the USA" but the faucet in my kit's box clearly says "Made in China" in case that matters to you.
